What is a Cathe Road Trip?
Each year Catheites from all over the world come to our facility and headquarters in Glassboro, New Jersey to meet each other, have fun and workout to their favorite video instructor.
This year the Cathe Road Trip is being held on Friday July 31st through Sunday August 2nd and is completely sold out. Words cannot explain or do justice to what a Cathe Road Trip is really all about and what it means to the people who come, so we’ve made a short video from one of the 2008 Road trips that we hope answers the question - What is a Cathe Road Trip?

i would like to know what the cost is to attend a cathe road trip or where that information is located and how to go about signing up for the next one. any and all information is greatly appreciated. (fyi: i absolutely love cathe!! i work out with her everyday!! she makes me look forward to each and every workout!) thankyou!!
