1. Form Pointers for doing one leg pikes on the stability ball
2. Form Pointers for doing barbell pullovers.
3. Is it ok to use an EZ Curl bar and how does it differ from a straight bar?

The STS weekly programs are extremely informative and helpful I really think it gives me an over view of how this program is designed and what the results should be. I initially thought that you had to use heavier weights to begin with but I now see that you can build up to your comfort level. I have been watching so that when I am ready to begin I will have an idea of what to expect and that makes me feel motivated. Thanks a bunch at least now I don’t feel as intimidated as i thought I would be.
